Jennifer adds the “Luxury” to Mark Saunders Homes with her artistic style and timeless touch. Our very talented Design and Construction Coordinator specializes in all selections from kitchen and bath cabinetry, the latest in indoor and outdoor lighting, to beautifully blended hues of color throughout your new home.

Mike Cox
Mike is our Custom Renovation Specialist and he is dedicated to the highest standards of both quality of workmanship and client satisfaction. He’ll manage your renovation as a turn-key project, from design concept and scope of work, to completed construction.

Anhtony Carr
With a degree in Civil Engineering, Anthony joined the home building industry 23 years ago and is the highest performing New Home Sales Consultant on the team. He has a strong passion for new home design including the development of floor plans and all elevations.

Angela Giovinazzi
Angela comes to us with more than 25 years of experience in residential and commercial construction project management and real estate development in New York City and in Islip, Long Island, New York. She moved to Wilmington in 2020, working remotely for a firm in New York City and achieving a long-time dream of living in the South near the beach.
Helping to create budgets that meet the client’s vision for their home while vetting vendors to ensure quality is their top priority.
Brad Cook
Growing up in small town Kernersville, North Carolina, Brad developed a passion for building while watching and learning from the skilled hands of his grandfather, JT Cook. From an early age, he instilled a work ethic in him on his job sites that Brad has taken with him throughout his adult life. JT made sure that Brad understood exactly what it takes to be a skilled builder, as he always led with a philosophy of quality and integrity first. Those lessons are the exact fundamentals that have guided Brad through more than 20 successful years of project management in with high end building. Joining Mark Saunders Luxury Homes is something he is very proud of. Simply put they build the right way! Brad is the very proud dad of his daughter McKayla.
Burton Sydnor
As the Director of Sales and Marketing, Burton will outline your building agreement, our agreed-upon price, construction schedule, and responsibilities. He develops and executes the marketing and sales strategies for the team with an unwavering commitment to client satisfaction.
Bill Gordon
Bill has been building custom homes in Brunswick County for 35 years. He loves to build custom homes and bringing friends along the way. He has built over 300 custom homes, taking them from planning to completion. Bill enjoys cookouts with his wife of 36 years, Sarah, his son Cody, and daughter Elizabeth. He also enjoys saltwater fishing and the beach.
