“A decision to build a new home always comes with a bit of trepidation. As a result, the normal approach is to proceed cautiously to help ensure you achieve your dream home and with a builder you have confidence can deliver. Having spent time on Holden Beach for almost 40-years, a lot has changed but one thing that seemed to remain constant was the quality of homes constructed by Mark Saunders Luxury Homes. So when we decided to proceed with our dream beach home the first place and what turned out to be the only place we visited was with them. From the moment we walked through the door everyone we met seemed to understand the big step we were taking and were always willing to spend an unbelievable amount of time with us to ensure they understood what we wanted without any pressure to move forward before we were ready. From those first meetings with their home designer, through contract discussions, site visits for optimal home placement on our lot, numerous discussions with their excellent design coordination team and perhaps most importantly with their (our) construction manager who skillfully navigated very trying COVID driven challenges, we could not be more pleased with our beautiful new home on Holden Beach. In the end, every time we enter our Mark Saunders Luxury Home built beach home, we are filled with a sense of pride and humbleness which causes us to reflect on just how fortunate and blessed we truly were and are.
