Mike Cox
Mike is our Construction Operations Manager and Custom Renovation Specialist. He has been in construction for more than 30 years. Mike handles the day-to-day Construction Operations while also managing new home construction and renovations. Mike is dedicated to the highest standards of both quality of workmanship and client satisfaction.

Anthony Carr
With a degree in Civil Engineering, Anthony joined the home building industry 23 years ago and is the highest performing New Home Sales Consultant on the team. He has a strong passion for new home design including the development of floor plans and all elevations.

Bill Gordon
Bill has been building custom homes in Brunswick County for 35 years. He loves to build custom homes and bringing friends along the way. He has built over 300 custom homes, taking them from planning to completion. Bill enjoys cookouts with his wife of 36 years, Sarah, his son Cody, and daughter Elizabeth. He also enjoys saltwater fishing and the beach.
Jeff Carter
Jeff is a Project Manager for Mark Saunders Luxury Homes. He is a lifelong resident of Brunswick County; married with one daughter and three grandchildren. He is a 1985 graduate of West Brunswick High School and furthered his education at Brunswick Community College. Jeff has been involved in the construction industry as a sub-contractor, general contractor or project manager for more than 30 years. When not building custom homes, Jeff loves to watch his grandchildren grow, mature and participate in sporting events.

Nickayla Huston
Nickayla is our Design and Construction Coordinator. Raised in Southport, NC, she is an Alumni from Western Carolina University, earning a Bachelor of Art (BA) and a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree with a focus on Interior Design.
While attending college she studied in Florence Italy and attended the “Institute Lorenzo de’ Medici” and submerged herself in the history of Art and Architecture, which enabled her to truly understand and appreciate art and design on a higher level. Nickayla enjoys problem solving and expressing creativity; this allows her to assist in building creative, beautiful things that have functional end results. She takes pride in assisting our clients to create not only a space that’s beautiful and functional to their specific needs, yet also a space that truly represents their vision and who they are.
